Partners / Overview

Curated vendors, matched to your business.

And one system to run them on — across both how you resell and how you manage. Partners are the long-term heart of the network, and we build the programme around that.

Not a PRM. Not a marketplace. The distribution layer underneath the relationship.

Four things a partner actually wants from a distributor

Not a catalog. These are the four we heard over and over from the inside.

Driver 01

Easy to transact

Onboarding, deal registration and quoting that move at the speed of the deal — then accurate, flexible billing that matches how you actually structured it.

Driver 02

A distributor that adds value

Real customer service, and a genuine understanding of your environment — so when we recommend something, the recommendation carries weight.

Driver 03

An opportunity to innovate

A route into new practices: cybersecurity, collaboration, an AI practice, a new Microsoft capability. Your next growth curve, stood up properly.

Driver 04

A way to evaluate emerging tech

Try emerging technology before you bet a practice on it — without vetting the whole market yourself.

The players, in plain terms

Channel vocabulary, without the assumption you already speak it.

  • VendorThe manufacturer of the software, or the services company. The OEM or services provider.
  • VARValue-added reseller. A firm that sells software or services to its end customers and earns resale margin on the sale.
  • MSPManaged service provider. A firm that runs technology and support for its customers as an ongoing monthly service, and folds software into that service. An MSSP is the security-focused version.
  • AgentAn independent adviser or sales rep who recommends products and earns a commission.
  • MotionHow a partner does business: reselling — a one-time sale, on margin — or managed services, monthly and recurring. The same firm often does both.

What you get
